Friendly Pet Policy
We allow all housebroken pets to travel with you in style. Just inform us when making the reservation so we can make sure you are assigned to a fido-friendly van in the fleet.
Our Policy
We have designated certain vans in our fleet to be either "pet-free" or "pet-friendly." This ensures that all customers have a great experience, whether they're traveling with a furry companion or not.
Renters are responsible for any damage caused by the pet, and to avoid cleaning charges, vans should be returned clean and free of pet hair including our pet-friendly vans.
Safety Guidelines for Traveling with Pets
Containment
Pets must be safely contained in a well-ventilated crate or in a safety harness attached to a buckle.
Supervision
Don't leave your pet alone in the van. Even with the windows down, cars and vans can heat up surprisingly quickly.
Documentation
When crossing state lines or traveling to Mexico/Canada, bring a copy of your pet's vaccination records.
Identification
Ensure your pet has a microchip and tag on his/her collar for identification.
Hydration
Bring your own water for your pet. Obtaining drinking water from a different area might cause tummy issues.
Cleanliness
Bring a towel or sheet as a seat covering to reduce the hassle of cleaning pet-hair, and a tarp or towel to put under a crate for easier clean-up.
