Thanks for Bringing Your Business to Us! Your time is important, and we value it, so we’ve tried to make the legal stuff as quick and painless as possible.

Payment Policy: We accept Visa, MasterCard or AMEX credit cards. To book your reservation for a vehicle or other services, a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total rental or a minimum of $100.00 (US) is required. Please call us to make your reservation.

Final payment to take the rental is due no later than the pick up date. If you choose, you may like to prepay with a check or money order. On the pick up date, we accept cash or credit cards. All other payments are due immediately upon the completion of the rental.

The renter guarantees that the rental authority (Sprinter Rentals) has permission to charge the given credit card for any and all charges due under the agreement unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Late payments are subject to a fee of 15% and will be forwarded to a collection agency after 90 days past due. Prices on the website reflect the cash discount. Payment by credit card is 2% more than the cash discount price.

Rental Vehicle Deposit: Some rentals require a deposit of $500.00 (US). If so, we will ask you to sign a credit card slip in that amount. This slip will be returned to you when you return an undamaged van in good condition to Sprinter Rentals. Cancellation/Refund Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total rental or a minimum of $100.00 (US) is required upon booking.

Cancellation terms: 1) 15 days or more prior to the reservation date: Renter may move reservation at no additional cost AND not lose his/her deposit. 2) 14 days or fewer prior to the reservation date: Renter will forfeit his/her deposit. 3) Less than one day prior to the reservation date: The FULL (100%) of the bill is due. **Sprinter Rentals reserves the right to cancel any reservations/bookings up to a week before the rental

** ALL RESERVATIONS REQUIRE A MAJOR CREDIT CARD AND THIS WILL GIVE FULL PERMISSION TO SPRINTER RENTALS TO CHARGE THE CREDIT CARD ACCORDING TO THIS PAYMENT POLICY AND CANCELLATION POLICY. IF SPRINTER RENTALS IS UNABLE TO CHARGE THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE OR THE CUSTOMER DISPUTES THE CHARGES, WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO COLLECT FOR THIS DEBT THROUGH A COLLECTION AGENCY OR JUDGEMENT.
